Payment Processing Data

  • Bank Account Details: Bank name, account number, sort code, account holder name, and designation as default account. We do not store your actual bank login credentials.

AWS and Cloud Infrastructure

Our Service is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the EU-West-2 (London) region. This includes:

  • Data Storage: Your account data, transaction records, and business information are stored in AWS DynamoDB databases with encryption at rest.
  • File Storage: Any documents or files you upload are stored in AWS S3 with server-side encryption.
  • Secure Communication: All data transmission between your device and our servers uses TLS encryption.
  • Secrets Management: Sensitive credentials and API keys are stored in AWS Secrets Manager with restricted access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for different periods depending on the type of data and legal requirements:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years after account closure to comply with financial regulations.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting laws.
  • Verification Codes: Email and phone verification codes are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after verification or expiration.
  • Password Reset Tokens: Deleted immediately after use or after 24 hours if unused.
  • Usage Logs: Server logs and diagnostic data are retained for 90 days for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We require all users to be at least 18 years old during account registration. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
